What data are we keeping, what for and for how long

If you are sending us messages through the website contact form, through email, through making a booking or through a text message by phone, we are keeping the information and messages provided for future reference in communication between us as a business and you as a client.

We are keeping your message and contact information without time limit, unless you request us to delete it.

Who are we sharing your data with

We are keeping your data within our company and are not sharing it to third parties. The only exception is if you are buying our services, in which case you yourself have put in your contact information into our booking system Boka Direkt, and in which case we also need to put in your contact information in our Invoicing and Book Keeping System, to be able to invoice you, collect payment and do our accounting.

Your rights over your data

If you have been in contact with us, bought our program or have had a session or appointment with us, you may at any time request us to delete your contact information and messages. The only information we cannot remove is your contact details inside our Invoicing and Book Keeping System, where we need to store the transactions including its details for 10 years according to Swedish laws.
